Ingredients:

  • 25ml sloe gin
  • 125ml Fentimans ginger beer
  • 125ml apple cider
  • 10ml elderflower liqueur
  • Fresh lemon wedge

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients (except the lemon) in a pan over low to medium heat.
  2. Simmer everything gently until hot and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon to serve.

  • 50ml sloe gin
  • 125ml Fentimans Pink Rhubarb Tonic Water
  • Fresh lemon wedge
  • Sprig of mint
  • ice cream

Method:

  1. Measure out sloe gin and add ice.
  2. Top up with the tonic water and garnish with a fresh lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.

Cinnamon Collins (for 1 person)

  • 50ml whiskey
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml cinnamon spice syrup (available from Amazon and most online grocery stores)

  • ice cream

Method:

  1. Mix the whiskey, lemon juice, cinnamon-flavored syrup and honey in a short tumbler glass with a teaspoon and add ice.
  2. Fill the rest of the glass with ginger ale.
  3. Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon and the cinnamon stick.

Winter warmer cocktail (for 1 person)

Ingredients:

  • Tame & Wild’s Damson, Rose Hip and Passionflower Drink
  • Sloe gin
  • Orange peel
  • ice cream

Method:

  1. Start by adding a generous handful of ice to your Rocks glass and setting aside.
  2. To create the orange twist: With a smooth, even motion, roll the orange around in your hand, cutting off a strip of the peel as you go. Stop when you are the length you want or until the peel is naturally cut off. Roll the peel strip into a spiral without breaking it.
  3. Add a dash (50 ml) of sloe gin.
  4. Top with the sparkling non-alcoholic drink from Tame & Wild Damson, rose hip and passion flower.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy!

Method:

  1. Add the rose lemonade to 75ml Advocaat in a tall glass.

Mulled wine cocktail (for 4-6)

Ingredients:

  • 100g light muscovado sugar
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 150ml water
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 clemementines
  • 150ml Cointreau
  • 750ml bottle of light red wine
  • Orange peel and star anise for serving

Method:

  1. Put 100 g light muscovado sugar with 1 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves and 150 ml water in a pan. Bring slowly to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Simmer for 2 minutes, then pour into a large jug and let cool. 1 lemon and 2 clementines, both thinly sliced, together with 150 ml Cointreau and a 750 ml bottle of light red wine, e.g. B. a Beaujolais, in the jug. Stir well, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or, if possible, overnight.
  3. Serve chilled or over ice with an orange peel and star anise. If you want to serve a traditional warm mulled wine, there is no need to cool it – just warm it through without boiling and serve in heat-resistant glasses.

Method:

  1. Make sure all ingredients are refrigerated for a few hours.
  2. Pour the liqueur into a champagne glass, fill up half with the non-alcoholic sparkling wine and half with the Tame & Wild drink and garnish with a few blueberries.

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large cocktail shaker or pitcher with a generous handful of ice.
  2. If using a shaker, shake well until the outside feels cold, then strain twice in a tumbler. If using a pitcher, stir well until everything is mixed. Serve poured over ice.
