Our three standard planning packages described below should be used as a guide to help you measure and determine the level of assistance you require for event planning and coordination. During your complimentary meet and greet, we will assess your specific needs and customize a package designed just right for your Moments That Matter.
Consulting Only – This option is typically billed hourly and is on an as needed basis. With this package the client receives a face to face meeting with one of our professional wedding consultant to obtain the answers to any questions or to get assistance in any area where needed. This may include but not limited to pulling together design ideas, confirm or suggesting vendors or venues choices and ensuring that the client is on track and has not forgotten anything. These types of meeting generally take place early in the planning process. This package does not include any coordinating or management services at either the ceremony, reception or rehearsal.
Day of Coordinating – This option is meant for the client who wants to take on the full responsibility for planning their own event, but acknowledges the need for a helping hand on the day of the event to ensure their vision for the day becomes a reality. This package includes an initial consultation with the client and one of our professional consultants well in advance of the event, despite the package title, our event professional is engaged 3-4 weeks prior to the day of the event. Our main goal is to ensure your event runs smoothly and to relieve our clients of any undue stress.
Full Service Coordinating – With this package, your Event Specialist is practically running the show from conception to full execution, obviously based off of our client’s vision. You cast the Vision, We create the Vision. Your Event Specialist is also typically are very involved with the overall planning, design and decorating, linens rentals, invitations and RSVP. We have found that most clients prefer the Full Service Wedding/Event package since it offers the best opportunity for them to take full advantage of your Event Specialist’s expertise. With an experienced event planner at the helm, our clients can be assured their event will flow flawlessly from beginning to end.
