The history: Inspired by the sky on a summer evening, the color purple was the focus of this stylish wedding shoot. The creative team wanted to bring a different, bolder, and more modern side to this classic shade of purple.

The site: The elegant Pelham House in East Sussex, surrounded by the rolling hills of the South Downs. This 16th century townhouse is a romantic place with stunning architectural details. It has been beautifully restored and turns it into a perfect wedding location.

The atmosphere: Fresh summer feelings. Clean lines and a modern monochrome color palette were used for this stylish contemporary celebration. The sleek, bespoke arcuate stationery and the concentric circles on the architecturally designed cake complement this modern look.

The details: Various shades of lilac have been used with accents of black and gray for contrast and a more modern look. This was combined with the romantic location, lush flowers (with a hint of cream and caramel) and soft details to create a new classic. The custom-made embroidered veil was an extension of the exuberant floral arrangements. The cake of Iced innovations was designed using a similar monochromatic color palette and blended seamlessly with its contemporary circular design.
