The Maldives topped the list for newlyweds, with honeymoon videos amassing over 4.2 million views as couples share behind-the-scenes clips of their trip to paradise. Italy is the second most popular destination for honeymooners, with videos documenting everything from excursions into the Tuscan countryside to coastal road trips.
