Hello and welcome to my blog, so who is Sonya, aka the Event Lady, she is a daughter, a sister and the BEST auntie in the world. I am an entrepreneur, and a visionary, I was created to uplift, inspire and motivate. I am the Owner and Director of Moments That Matter, Event Planning & Designs. While planning and coordinating events are my passion out of which I gave birth to Moments That Matter, Event Planning & Designs. I get GREAT joy from working with my clients one on one to create event of their dreams. I love managing all those event details that some may consider too stressing to deal with and others whose schedules just do not permit. Designing the look and feel of an event is another heart warming side to my business. As a business owner success to me is inspiring and motivating fellow business owners to pursue their dreams and goals. My love of planning and designing events developed from years of planning events for family and friends. Through the years I have found that I have a great love for designing, floral arrangements, decorating and other crafts. When I am not designing or planning an event, she can be found spending time with her family. A native of Philadelphia, Sonya is very family oriented and loves visiting family from Alabama to Virginia to Maryland to Philadelphia. I enjoy long walks, a day at the beach or just getting a massage. What's my favorite event type of event to plan?
